In Global Missions we seek to give every individual at Centerpoint the opportunity to serve on at least one of the three different cross-cultural international missions fields in addition to supporting full-time working professional missionaries (more information is on our Global Missions page). Our primary focus of international missions involvement is Tier I in Ensenada, Mexico which we send well over a 100 people a year serving in several types of mission projects. Our second field of involvement which is Tier II is in Nicaragua, a new ministry partner. One Hope Young Adults will be doing a mission there this summer. Our third field of involvement, Tier III, is Uganda where we sent a team to Hope Alive! organization in January 2019. For information contact Marlena Sprague.
We have been sending teams to Ensenada, Mexico for almost ten years. Our involvement in Ensenada began through a High School Missions trip and has today grown to include several missions trips a year. We partner with YUGO Ministries an international missions organization with offices in Canada, the United States and Mexico. YUGO exists so that lives are transformed by Jesus Christ in Mexico and the World. YUGO partners with the Church by promoting opportunities to proclaim the Gospel. Our mission teams stay at a YUGO's facility in Ensenada.
