Deacons' Food Drive

Second Sunday of the Month
The shopping cart will be on the courtyard to collect your donations for the Deacons' Food Closet on the second Sunday of every month. We need boxed cereal, peanut butter, jelly, pasta sauce, canned beans, oatmeal (box with individual packets), canned chili, rice (one or two lb. bags), canned tuna. Contact Dick Gold for more information.

Centerpoint Deacons give out free food to the community on Mondays from 1:00-3:00pm.

Blue Apron Crew

Sunday Mornings
Centerpoint's Blue Apron Crew is a hospitality team that serves coffee and food items on a Sunday morning. We need help for the months with five Sundays—June, August, and November in 2025.  Contact Vicki Miller for more information.

Military Care Packages

May
During the month of May we will collect items for deployed military personnel. Pick up a box and packing list, on the courtyard or in the church office starting May 4. If you have a friend or family member deployed in the military, please email their mailing information to the church office. Contact Sharon Wurst for more information.

High Five!

June 23 - 27, 9:00am - 12:15pm
High Five! is Centerpoint's themed Vacation Bible School program for kids age 4 years through 6th grade. Join us for FIVE awesome days filled with faith, fun, and friends! Kids will play games, hear bible stories through creative skits, have snacks, make crafts, sing songs, and much more! There are many ways to volunteer. Contact Nancy Van Diest for more information.

Gathering Inn

Various Dates
Centerpoint hosts our homeless neighbors from the Gathering Inn monthly, providing dinner and a place to sleep. We need hosts to cook or purchase a meal on July 13, October 5, November 9, December 14 and January 4. Join with some friends or your small group to serve together. Acres of Hope

Ongoing
Centerpoint is excited to expand its relations with Acres of Hope and would like to put together a team of interested individuals who are willing to assist them with ongoing maintenance needs at their Auburn Women and Children Residency Campus. Types of service work include, but are not limited to: landscaping, painting, electrical repair, cleaning, and general maintenance.
