A message from Ms Shauna Rogers, Hwy 56 Coordinator
welcome to hwy 56
Hwy 56 is a high-energy ministry at Centerpoint, especially for 5th & 6th graders, that motivates preteens to put Christ at the center of their lives and live a life for God
what we do
Our mission is to come alongside you and your preteen as they grow deeper spiritually and relationally with God
On Sunday mornings, topical curriculum, fun games and service projects encourage 56ers to grow deeper spiritually and inspire them to own their faith.
Hwy 56 also meets the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month for our mid-week outreach ministry EPIC. Here our mission is to Empower Preteens In Christ by building community and discovering God’s Word in new and exciting ways.
Our monthly “Road Trips” are a great way for 56ers to connect with others outside the church setting. Students interested in attending any of the Hwy 56 Road Trips must have a Parent Consent Form on file.
Different mission and service projects throughout the year are encouraged to help 56ers develop a servant heart.
Sunday, October 24 from 2:00-4:00pm
The fun will include lunch, games, and prizes. Come in costume for our annual Bible costume contest! We will meet at Centerpoint in the FLC Dining room 118A. This is a free event, but please RSVP by Friday, October 22.
